1.Sculpt prototype : Based on the concept/drawing you provided , prototype sample can be made via below two options ,we will confirm each step with you during sculpting process .
(1. mud sample, pu sample and painted pu sample)
(2. 3D prototype painting once 3D files are available )
2.Tooling making : we will start making tooling once prototype approved ,it will take about 25-30 days ,the mold can be done
3. Manufacturing : Once tooling finished, pre-production sample will send to you for confirm, we will start mass production once approved , Production times for plastics and vinyl following the creation of the molds are usually in the range of 25-35 days.
4.Delivery : Once on board , you can expected to pick up the goods approximately 15-35 days, while air freight only need 2-10 days depending on the freight carrier. Rush orders are usually with additional fee.
